CS:Source GUNGAME Deathmatch Tournament

Event Structure

  1. Player Limit: 20 or 30 players total per tournament server.

  2. The top 6 people from each tournament server will advance to the finals.

  3. One final match will determine the winner of the event.

  4. The servers will go 2hrs straight,no one can leave the server unless they time out.

  5. After the 2 hrs there will be an addition half an hour for the finals.

Match Rules

  1. Mode: Gun Game

  2. Friendly Fire: Disabled

  3. Knife Pro Mode: Enabled - Knife kills steal a level from the opposing player, gaining you two (2) levels and the other player loses a level; except if the players 3 levels above or below.

  4. Turbo Mode: Enabled - Players may level up multiple times in a single round and will receive the next weapon immediately.

  5. Earn HE Grenade: Enabled - Players at level 23 (HE grenade level) can get one HE grenade per round by killing a player with another weapon.

  6. Scripts are considered illegal if they give a player an unfair advantage. An example of a script that does not give an unfair advantage is a buy script. An example of a script that does give an unfair advantage is a bunny-hop script. Any players found to use unfair scripting will be considered cheating as there are no bunny hopping in the tournaments.

Gun Game Description

  1. Each player starts at level 1 with an AWP.

  2. Each kill of an opposing faction member earns that player one rank and a new weapon.

  3. The weapons range from Sniper Rifle, Shotgun, Assault Rifle, Submachine Guns, Pistols, down to HE Grenade and finally the Knife at level 24.

  4. A match will be played multiple rounds until one player reaches level 24.

Tournament Matches

  1. The groups will play 1 tournament matches.

  2. The sum total of player's score from the match will be used to determine the top 6 players that advance to the final round. Any ties between players will be resolved first by win record, and secondly by placement above other competitor.

Finals

  1. The winners and the top players (6 total) from all the deatyhmatch tournament servers in the tournament rounds will play in one final match.

  2. At the end of the 2 hrs the person with the rank no. 1 postion will win the tournament from the finals.

Requirements

  1. Installation of the Gun Game map packs will be required.

  2. All players much join the server before the start of the match and cannot join midgame.
